    I want to know api through which i can make a tcp/ip packet

    I want to make a TCP/Ip packet using TCP/IP api (i don't want to make my own tcp/ip stack, i want to use existing one) on one side and pass this packet to PPP (which is developed by us) on one side and decode that packet on other side . Please tell me if there is any API to make tcp/ip packets
