Apache Config - directory indexing and access
I made a break through... The apache config is actually fine - The apache config then loads Tomcat, which must wipe out the indexing options and stuff... thats why none of the changes i have made have taken effect. I took Tomcat out of the config file and things started to work like they...- Fothers

Alright, I did that, and its still no dice. you can browse the directories using // and you can download anything you like! ugh! I just dont get what is happening here...- Fothers

Hi there, Im kinda new to apache, but im working with an Apache that has been configured badly. Basically, at the moment, it is possible to view a whole direcory listing, and then armed with that, to access and download all sorts of stuff. http://localhost <--this is fine and loads the index...- Fothers
