    Is there a way to forward a call directly to voicemail instead of it ringing the phone before forwarding to voicemail. Is this a FAC or is this something that needs to be custom set up system by system?

    you need to make sure your AA is set to answer per line. Also make sure your lines are set to answer before what ever your general dilivery mailbox is set to forward to voicemail. Hope that helps.

    you can put a call forward button on the phone. press the call forward button and then enter the voicemail extension. If you do not know the voicemail ext you can press Feature 985 and it will display on the phone. Hope that helps.

    Samsung does not recommend use of the web interface for phone system administration due to the possible corruption of the database. Web interface should only be used for voicemail administration.
