    I need to keep the leading zeros in the date when I use Datepart. I am trying to pull the month and day from a date field. I also tried Left() Right() and Mid(), but they ignore the leading zeros. Please help. Thanks, Brian Bartley

    How do I NAT to Serial1.1 with the address pool 172.xxx.xxx.2 to 172.xxx.xxx.200 and also NAT to Serial0.3 with the address pool of 176.16.xxx.2 to 176.16.xxx.255. Should route-map and set interface be used?

    SMTP Connection

    I'm running Exchange 2000 on Windows 2000 server. Normally I receive email from the Internet with no problems, except from a few ISPs. When the problem ISPs connect to send email to my location. They connect for 4 seconds and are then disconnected without getting the SMTP banner.

    I am running Win 2000 server. I have one workstation running Win 2000 Pro and everytime they reboot. The workstation thinks they are a new user and creates a new user profile for them. (i.e. "username001, username002, username003) Any help would be appreciated.
