Intuity Voice Mail error - HELP
phonesrus thanks for the response. The cold boot did not fix the issue, unfortunately. Now it appears that the system will not respond when trying to leave v-mail messages. We will try another reboot this evening. If you have any other ideas it would be greatly appreciated.- leyritzdog

Line Items split during shipments.
During the shipment process SBT splits a particular item into a second line item on the invoice. Does anyone know why this occurs?- leyritzdog
