Users with Win98 and Me are unable to open programs.
Our users, who use Windows 98 or WinME at home, are unable to open programs from the client desktop. Everyone else using Win2k and WinXP has no problems. Could this be a terminal licensing problem? Programs Do Not Open When Logged Into Citrix Client.
Some of our users are experiencing the following problem. They login onto citrix, via the web, but when they click on Outlook, or any other program on their remote client desktop, the "Connecting" window opens, and then disapears. The program does not open. Can anyone help? - Thanks!- TwAk
