    I recently had the same problem, re-installing Visual Studio and service packs did not fix it... After a fair amount of Google searching I did however find this MS Knowledgebase article which has fixed the problem: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;195184 Hope that helps...
