    Outlook prefills fields with zero's automatically

    My step-dad says his when he opens an email in outlook (2003 I think) to reply, forward, or just a new one, the active field starts to fill automatically with zero's. I am having him scan for malware and virus' and to do an office update. Any other ideas what could be causing this?
