    hard drive wont work to its full capacity

    i have a pentium 60 mgz motherboard i am triing to upgrade it from a 538.0 meg hard drive to a 15gig hard drive when i install it first it wont work ii windows and when i check it in dos it still only reads 528.0 meg why is this any one know the answer. THANKS A BUNCH

    Boot disk failure

    TRy making your slave your master then fdisk your slave as your master back up all your data so you can put it back on the proper drives.

    Try reseting your motherboard there should be a reset on there i had this problem once this was a bad motherboard ifnall else fails change motherboard.
