Hey, found the answer at http://www.qbssoftware.com/textonly/FAQ/2545.html. In short, I deleted the file PDFWriter97.dot. Doug- Douglasm

I have the same problem. At one point, I found a link to an Adobe document on their site, but the link was invalid. Now I cannot find the link. Have you received an answer yet? Thanks Doug- Douglasm
