    connecting sco5 and windows 9x using tcpip

    i am tring to connect sco open server rel. 5 with windows 9x using tcpip. but it is not got connected i am using rtl8029 chipset ethercard on both side and c class address. sco locally ping to its ip address 222.222.222.123 and even telnet to this address. but it is not ping the window system...
