My Night Service is working for local calls, but not for calls coming in over my 1-800 number. The 800 number is actually "pointed" to the local number.
How do I find out if the 800 number is coming in on a different "line" than the local even if it is pointed to the local number.

I am trying to setup an inbound line for our marketing department. I would like the number to ring on 3 sets for now. I thought I would use a hunt group. I have the following questions:
1.) I would only like the call to ring a max of 3 times and then if its not answered send to voicemail.

In the display it shows that it is still doing an update after programming changes for 24 hours so far.
When I press update is shows me the DN updating is ext 377, which is not a live extension.
Can I force it to skip ext 377? Any other ideas?

I have a hunt group that is attached to 493 and when I try that number I get Not in Service. How do I add the dn 493 or how do I attach a different number to the hunt group. Thanks in advance.
