    stop spam in exchange

    I installed Surf Control Spam filter. It works pretty well with very few false positives. Only thing that I don't like are the reporting options otherwise a great product.

    Unable to deliver the message due to a communications failure

    I have a user that get's this NDR when he sends to uses on the same domain but on a different exchange box. It only happens sometimes and I'm not sure why. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
