We have not found an answer. Avaya is not helpful and at this point is likely going to be in a lawsuit with us for a shoddy product and installation. It is unfortunate. If anyone else on this forum has had significant problems with Avaya or any of the "Partners" please advise!
Our office utilizes time matters. In order to have the system open a file for this program it requires a DDE interface. The information from the program is set forth below. Does anyone know how to set these links up?

Interesting development. If I go into dialing properties and add the area codes I am trying to dial into my local area but tell it to dial 1 and the area code, the system works? Any thoughts?
