Hi,
I need to build a backup server for our organisation. Currently our mail is running on Exch 5.5 on an NT 4 Server. I want to build a win2K server though and still run Exch 5.5. Is that possible or do I have to upgrade to Exch 2000?
Any advise would be welcome.
Thanks

No, the db's were developed in Access 2000 and I will still be using Access for the frontend. I would suggest that your friend upgrade to Access 2000 and then onto sql server 2000 if they intend still having access frontends.
Hope that helps

Hi,
A user has done something to their outlook so that when she replies to or forwards a message, it doesn't display the little error marking it as replied to or forwarded. I have looked at all settings and cannot find this one. Can anybody tell me where to get it back??
Thanks,
Tulip
Hi,
I am trying to trace a message that never arrived into me but it did pass through another server on the way to mine and then disappeared. Can anybody tell me how to use the message tracker in Exch 5.5 please? I have never had reason to use it before.
Thanks,
Tulip
I posted the below message on Friday. I am now trying to enhance performance by forcing the

to do it. Can anybody give me a step by step process to do
it?

The network is stable, only installed 6 months ago from scratch. I only split it today to try and resolve the crashing issue. It hasn't crashed yet since the split but if I can't get the access to speed up I may have to go back to the old way.
I think the reason it was crashing was incorrect...

A while back on an access course, I had someone check out the relationships and tables and they said they were ok. I will make a copy...
