Working with poor quality audio
I have irreplaceable audio that is very poor quality. What is the best way to get the best from it? The level of the audio is very low, so I have to increase it a lot, which adds noise. What is the best way to clean it up as much as possible? And how do I get rid of really loud 1 frame long...- kanacakes

Is there an Encore DVD Forum? I could not find one. Is there anyway to add a timer on all the frames of video similar to the timecode on a camcorder? I am using Premiere Pro. Thank you for any help!- kanacakes
