    appointment reminder

    Seems to me the easiest solution would be to put two separate appointment entries on the calendar....one four hours ahead of time with a soundless alarm, and a second one for the actual meeting time, with a sound alarm set to 15 minutes before the meeting. I don't think GroupWise lets you set...
