To change the permissions for Administrator within the user, it needs to turn off inheritable permissions for Administrator to be able to remove or change it. But it doesn't say where the parent object is, any ideas?

dylan619 - That works! Well almost, when I try to add one particular user, I get the error message "unable to look up user names for display". But for all other users it is fine. Any idea why this could be?

I'm running Windows 2003 SBS and Exchange. The DNS service goes completely unresponsive about once a week, usually on a monday. Nothing appears in the event log and the service still shows as running.
I have heard of this problem on Windows 2000 servers where SP4 would correct this problem...
Dearingkr --> I have tried what you have said but it instantly says it has completed but skipped files, i.e. all files! Do the Exchange services need to be shutdown first?
I have the same problem with endless 5MB log files being created in the MDBData folder, almost every 2 minutes! Where can I find the properties of the object for these log files? Can it be turned off or control how often they are made?
