Ran everything(Hijack this,cwshredder,spybot,adaware,xcleaner)Still comes in. Can close out of it but it comes back on next open of ie. Some type of passthrough.- ctswp

Anyone Heard of CIDCON Popup
This popup came up on a cliebt machine using xp. Used spybot,adaware,xcleaner all which would not stop it. Client is using aol.- ctswp

HTTPS sites lost after fixing and working and then rebooting!
I used the threads as a combination fix and did everything. Finally got to HTTPS secure sites for client running WIN XP HOME. Rebooted and lost the HTTPS sites access with nothing changed. What could have possibly happened. Please Help.- ctswp
