Has anyone successfully moved a user from the Outlook client to the Lotus Notes client. I have used the nupgrade.exe program. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Generally I always lose the person's calendar information. Most of the time I only get some of the email.

Also, you could "Ghost" the server's hard drive and move it to the new server. Once on the new server, you could upgrade, etc.
You can setup a DSN connection to the Notes Database using the Lotus Notes ODBC driver (Can be found on IBM's website). After that, you can link to the database from MS Access and run reports, etc. It is even possible to use MS Access as a front-end to the database, but that requires some coding.
