Domain treated as local IP
I have various Win XP laptops that send and receive email via my own in house email server. The PC's that stay within the building have the local IP address (192.168 range) of the server in the clients config so all is ok. PDC and local access rights
My local username is already in the admin group. When I become a member of the domain, does the local users get used. I login as root and this user does not have a local account but it still lets me have admin access. I maybe need to tell the domain server to provide admin rights to users but...- sandymccarthy
