Gigabyte GA-7ZXE M/B Internet Connection?

Gigabyte GA-7ZXE M/B Internet Connection?
The GA-7ZXE m/b appears to have a bad function on the PCI slots which will not permit Ethernet connections. All external connections and cards have been checked on other computers.
