I have now been able to partly RESOLVE this issue, by further reviewing WebMarshal which we use as our proxy server. WebMarshal performs Microsoft authentication on port 8080, however, on port 8081, it accepts network IP requests. Setting port 8081 in my web.config file allows my XML Web Part...- thfclegend

Outlook freezes
Thanks, but it's Office 2000 SP3. Talking about XP though, my users reckon this issue began when Windows XP was installed onto the PCs in the office, that access the network directly (not remotely via Citrix and Terminal Services). Outlook freezes
Hi, We have FR3 and version 8 of the client. We run Citrix with terminal services. The same problem was ocurring when we had v7 of the client and a previous FR.
