    Hi, I have a CTA-100 connected to a Windows XP PC. Phone system: 824 DR5. When I booted the PC, the CTA-100 driver displays "KsuData.ini" is missing. The same PC and CTA-100 work fine with a CICS. According to the SPECS, the CTA-100 should works with 824 DR5. Any clues? Where I can find the...

    CALLER ID?

    System: 3x8 DR5.1 I would like to have CLID display on all of the phone sets when the incoming line is ringing without having to use the feature F811. If this is not possible with 3X8 which Nortel system can do to job? (Please give me software version and hardware) Thanks!
