I am system admin in a small organization. I like to use the NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing feature to administer and troubleshoot. Some of my users tend to disable the feature by clicking "Turn Off Remote Desktop Sharing" in the taskbar.
Is there a way i can remotely turn it back on...
i've imported a DBF file where all non-numeric fields are TEXT formatted fields. as such, a typical date field reads like this: 111504 (which represents November 15, 2004)
which access function can i use to make this read like a date, i.e. 11/15/2004, so i can then make DATE...
I have 7 147 gb disks on a powervault 220 which connects to my PE 2550 with with a PERC 4 raid controller. the bios only recognizes approx 138 gb on each disk. is this normal?
at raid 5 i'm only getting approx 828 gb's instead of 882. where did my 54 gigs go ???

ok...but how about other file types...i'm trying to export to DBF and paradox. these file types no longer exist and they used to under my old MS office 2000 installation.
I just installed OFFICE 2003 PRO. I want to export various ACCESS 2003 tables to EXCEL and DBF format but I DO NOT SEE either of these options listed in the "Save as type:" window.
what am i missing? do i need to install additional converters? please help !
