What type of SIP phone? Most phones you can configure a "park" key which will do the trans/100/trans for you with one push of a button and then you could program BLF keys on spare line buttons for the park slots (101,102...). I do this all the time using Cisco SPA5XX sets

Just to be clear when you state that you dial the parking lot location you mean the pilot park number (100) that you set up in the parking module. So : answer call, press transfer, dial 100# (pound sign sends the digits immediately), wait for announcement and press transfer again. Should work...

It seems Outlook was updated and now when voicemails are downloaded to the PC Outlook doesn't associate them with the player. Instead of a phone icon I now have a memo pad so when I attempt to play the message a generic box opens up...

I just upgraded a 4.1 MICS to a 6.1 MICS XC. Upgrade went
smooth but now external calls will not forward ring-no-answer
to voice mail after a transfer from AA. I get the CCR recording instead. Internal calls transfer fine. Any help would be appreciated.
