HP Laserjet 5000 and Mac OS X Problem
I fix the 11" X 17" default paper size issue. Go to the System Prefs and select "Print & Fax". There you should set the default paper size to US Letter or whatever you use. HP Laserjet 5000 and Mac OS X Problem
I have a HP LAserjet 5000N and am running Mac OS 10.3.4. Eveything was fine for a while then suddenly every program (except QuarkXpress 6.0) sees the printer as only printing ot 11" x 17" paper. G4 upgrade question
Just a thought: I have the exact same Mac G4. I bought PC133 SDRAM and it did not work. It needs to be PC100/PC133. I'm no tech but this was the case with me. As far as upgrading, get the max (4 - 512MB Cards) for $50 each card on Ebay, it is a good investment. Here is a good upgrade...- Barinstorm
