cannot initialize WP11
I found the file. The name had a couple of letters juxtaposed in khobson's first reply. Unfortunately, after changing the name, and installing a third, non-HP, print driver, setting it as default, and print-to-file, and finding my temp files and deleting them, and uninstalling WP again...- arion2

khobson: thanks for the suggestions. i posted my results below, but, in short, no luck. 1. Rename the wpus11.wpt file and start wp. --> there is no such file on my computer. this file is also not on the WordPerfect 11 installation disk. --> is it supposed to be there to begin with? 2...- arion2

I am getting a "Cannot Initialize" error window when I try to launch it. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but I still get the cannot initialize error box.- arion2

I have been using WordPerfect 11 for a couple of months; it came installed on my laptop (XP OS). Suddenly I cannot initialize it. I am the only user. Any clues?- arion2
