On NIU/12 and NIU/13 there is a reset button. It simply resets the board.
DON'T reset the board while it is writing to the flash/disk. You may corrupt the file system.
Login to the board, then enter cmd:
config
Response:
(M)odify any of this, (C)ontinue or (A)bandon changes? [A]
Answer 'm' (modify)
Change relevant parameters
When you again got:
(M)odify any of this, (C)ontinue or (A)bandon changes? [A]
Answer c (continue)
Probably you need to restart...
Maybe it is CTCOP you need?:
CTCOP:DIR=dirno; or
CTCOP:EQU=multpos; or
CTCOP:BPOS=boardpos;
It shows the switch connections for the dir, equ or a whole board.
Hi, maybe a little perl-script will do good enough:
Enter EQU as: 1-0-20-00,
bpos as: 1-0-20 or
multno as four hex: 0040
Cut and paste.
For unix/linux: check that the first line points to perl in your system.
For windows: left as an exercise to the user to get it working :)...
Check also the parameters in A-party exchange, you may have the tone message already there.
As I wrote before, it is easy to make the call then check the switch pathes with CTCOP, DIR/EQU/BPOS is allowed as parameter.

As parnum wrote, if you have some spare LIM you can connect it to the GS at the position of the broken LIM and get it up. Then you can execute the commands.

If you follow the instruction: load NIF then check the watchdog then load boot, you can load the latest directly. There is no need to take the step via R11A.
