All my thanks! I went into Anna's computer and reset the password for her computer. Now this time I had no problem accessing the \\Anna printer and, bingo, there it was Okipage14e. I tested it and the page printed perfectly.

Thanks again for your valiant efforts. Unfortunately, typing in Administrator for username with or without a password (my Adm password) doesn't do anything. The dialogue box just comes back asking me again for the username.
Really stuck.
