I recently installed a call pilot 150 and the languages were english and french. I need english and spanish. If I replace the software card, will I have to re-program the system or can I do a back-up and restore. Thanks for any help you can give me.
I have a pri enabler and I want to test it on my bench system before I take it out to the customer. If I get the sys id from the customer switch and then load it on my bench system can I then load it in my customers switch? I don't think I can, but I would like some confirmation on this. Thanks.
