    I have the error 05,002,42 I have replaced the circuit board on the lower left, I have replaced the disc and sensor unit on the end of the drum, I have replaced the main circuit board (motherboard) I still have the same error where do I go from here? HELP

    The head is not locked but makes no attempt to move during warm up or iniatilization.
