Paul, I only know how you might fix some problems. When you "lose communication". It tends to be the fault within the printer. The recommended (or only) way to reset the printer is by physically pulling the plug. Power off won't help. Even the uninstall wouldn't fix it. The problem lies within...- tdelnero

My Xerox M940 stopped printing magenta. How do I know if it is the fuse anomaly or if I need to remove and clean the entire cartridge?
