I did download and install what GHTROUT gave me, which is a set of books for 5.0 Rls not the release itself. I was able to see where FDIS is referenced in those books, but it's not an option with my version.

I looked at the Admin books and found "FDIS", however I must have an older version or not have whatever "pomw-25.4" is installed. Any other thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.
