    Internal call routing

I tried the '*' and it doesn't appear to do a thing. I saw similar solutions in other posts concerning the '*', but I believe that only works after an ACOD and I need to route to an internal analog extension and not a trunk.

    Internal call routing

GHTROUT, Thanks for sending me something to try... I setup the route just like you told me, but there isn't a pause before it sends any additional digits. What I was hoping that your solution would give me was by setting up a DSC of '4' the user would be able to forward their phone to 4101...

    Internal call routing

Thanks... That solution does work, however, let me ask you this: Is there a solution that will allow a pause to be inserted after dialing the one digit DN or access code. If the user is dialing these VOIP extensions manually, this works without a problem because the caller can just wait the...

    Internal call routing

Does anyone know a way to route a call internally using one digit like the 9 is used to route an external call. I want to connect to a VOIP gateway through an analog extension. When you call the analog extension number that is hooked up to the gateway, the gateway will produce a new dial tone...

Change tone produced on disconnect with LDTA

I did download and install what GHTROUT gave me, which is a set of books for 5.0 Rls not the release itself. I was able to see where FDIS is referenced in those books, but it's not an option with my version.

Change tone produced on disconnect with LDTA

I looked at the Admin books and found "FDIS", however I must have an older version or not have whatever "pomw-25.4" is installed. Any other thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.

Change tone produced on disconnect with LDTA

GHTROUT, I don't see any reference to a "FDIS" tone anywhere including LD56?? Thanks.

Change tone produced on disconnect with LDTA

I am attempting to connect a VOIP gateway to our PBX to connect a SIP phone system for wireless phones. Since a regular analog phone extension doesn't produce a Power Disconnect signal, I need to use a Tone Disconnect to hang up the gateway when a call is terminated. The gateway provides...

    Setting AUTH codes

Perfect question to ask, PERRYPJ. I didn't realise I needed to do that first. Once I did, everything is working fine. Thanks for your help!!

    Setting AUTH codes

Does anyone know why I would be receiving the message AUT006 using LD 88 to setup AUTH codes. I need to allow a phone that is normally restricted to have full access after dialing an AUTH code. We have two phone systems at different locations. I can access and setup AUTH codes throught LD 88...
