    Thank you for your quick response. I have tried everything on the Tice web site except for the cardware6.zip in the NT section as I do not know what this does. The updates on the Tice website fixed many other issues. However, they did not fix this one.

    I just installed sidekick98 and truesync plus on an xp system with all the appropriate patches and updates. I reset my rexpro before the start of the sync. I can sync my calendar, but not my contacts. When I sync the contacts, I get the W-0001 remark about data that requires slow syncing. Then...
