    Connected with AIM, but can't surf web

    Any fix for this? I have similar problem on friends computer... Able to connect to internet via AOL Dialup..but can't surf web! I get the whole you got mail hoopla, but when I want to surf can't do it. He is running Win98, any suggestion would be appreciated!
