need factory setting frequecy values for call progress tones
we are integrating a dialogic based IVR to merlin magix R3 and we are facing random disconnects. The IVR is hooked up to the magix thru analog lines. i am looking for the default frequecy settings for tones like disconnect, ringback and busy. Also the loop current setting.
