We have PRI with local carrier. Under system programming, do i select BUSName, if so i have put our new company name with no luck.
I call any outside number, ie, home and caller id shows up with old company name.
I have picked many things from our vendor, ie, programming phones between locations, setting phones etc. I am very comfortable navigating through the system.
