I am using a Micros 385-1 dot matrix.

The receipts on my 8700 cutoff the bottom part. The bottom part of the receipt prints on the start of the next receipt slip. Does anyone know what could cause this to happen? The result of this is that totals don't show with the rest of the receipt.

Does anyone know what would cause the touchscreen to display vertical and horizontal lines across the screen? I have a UWS3 workstation that has been displaying like this. The machine is usable but the lines are a distraction. I also can only calibrate from the server. Any ideas?
