When using "Track-IT!" to view reports that they have created, it will prompt a window to come up to select a date range. How can I get this to work with the reports that I create? Is this a Crystal Reports feature, or that of Track-IT! ?

I belive the error is in the formula or myself.
The formula I made is supposed to take the calls that are logged into our tracking program and give me an hourly total. Currently it is getting confused by the AM PM and the Tracking software(Track-It!) doesn't seem to allow 24hour times.

Seagate Crystal reports is merged with Track-It! a call tracking software. When I pick a report it prompts me for a date selection. How can I get the date range that I selected used as part of the report title.
