can't delete print spool item
we've got a few network printers sitting on a loadbalanced citrix metaframe/windows 2000 terminal system. two users have documents from months ago sitting in their print queues saying "Deleting - Printing", and i've got no idea how to remove it - restarting the pcs, printers, logging off/on etc...- bigandybear

Restoring E2K backup to E2003
I'm trying, and have been trying for days, to recover an Exchange 2000 backup. We had big SBS 2000 problems, and just wiped the server *after backups* and installed a new copy of SBS2003. I went to recover the edb.bkf file, made with MS Backup (NTBackup). It contains just the exchange stuff...- bigandybear
