Attendant Rollover to Skill
Just a Call Center guy thrown in to the programming side of things. Using Attendant Vectoring and EAS. Attendant calls appear to be routed via ldn (although I'm not sure how this actually works.) I would like to be able to route calls to the attendant (as they are now,) but if not available...- thrownin
