How To Reach RIM?
I have a customer who needs to implement Blackberry. Since I don't know much about it, I've been to the RIM website but can find no phone number anywhere. I have a bunch of questions and need to call those people. Does anyone know how to do it?- lansolut

PIX Configuration Software
I have a brand new Pix 506 and would rather not mess with command-line config. Has anyone had experience with Cisco's configuration software? Does it work? They packed version 4.2 with the unit. I can't find word one on Cisco's web site about a newer version. Is there one? Thanks!- lansolut
