Actually, the registry for Belgiandip didn't delete. When I opened reg editor again it reappeared. I deleted it again and later it reappeared. What does this mean and how do I get it to stay deleted?

Thanks, but messenger is already disabled. The popups I am getting are not the gray windows with text. They are actually IE windows with graphics, text and links.

Already using some great tools to block popups while I'm online, but now I've noticed that after I close all my browser windows (IE6) I get tons of popups - credit card offers, screensavers, software, etc. What's causing these and how do I get rid of them? I've already killed spyware, deleted...
