Yes it does have a touchpad and we did actually think it could be that. Strangley enough there is no option to disable in windows. Can this be done in the Bios? Cheers for replying. Your right it's driving the user insane

I have changed the notify on to notify off within the advanced tab in ip-tcp. It only worked once I got the users to re-logon after the change. I also set it back to notify on and it worked as expected
