    Using Count function

    Thanks for the answer, but I am trying to do this in a report in Access. So when I am in Design view I right clicked on the text box to get to the properties so I then am working in the expression builder but do not know how to write it to get Access to count the field with a yes/no value.

    I am still trying to work on a program that reads a text file and then sends out that text as an email. right now I am just trying to set it up so I can send one email, then I will make a loop to send multiple emails. I just want to get it functional. My problem is that I keep getting an error...
