Thanks. But the user needs to be able to create ad-hoc reports and they already have CR installed on their machines. But we can not give them direct access to our DB. William- WillaimSmith

Excel Reports from Acess
I need to open an excel report from an MS ACCESS(97) application and a I want a macro(for formatting) to run automatically when the excel file opens. Can some one in the forum please tell me how to do this? Any help will be appreciated. William- WillaimSmith
