I have an IP 403 unit with three remote sites using 4620 IP sets. The IP sets can make calls to digital sets, make calls grabbing lines from the head office BUT cannot make IP to IP calls. The call is initiated, the other set rings but you cannot have a conversation as there is just dead air...
I have an IP403 with vc for external remote IP users. Currently the IP sets cannot speak to each other, they are able to connect, you can see this on the screen of the sets, but physically you it sounds like dead air between the two.

We upgraded our IP0 403 to version 3.1.29 and now none of the 4602sw sets are showing caller ID, neither name or number. Has this happened to other users?
We recnetly upgraded our 403 to version 3.1.56, since then the "follow me to" feature will not work. The only call foward feature working is the forward unconditional. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
We have upgraded two IP Office 403 systems to version 3.1.56 and since the upgrade the caller Id on incoming calls has gone, only the number shows not the name. This was working before the upgrade on both systems.
The IP Office has analog lines on both systems.
Can voicemail pro do a SMS notification to a cell phone? Also can the voicemail be set up to forward the voicemail to email if the message has not been picked up after a period of time, ie message left in vm, it sms to cell phone, if message not answered after an hour it gets forwarded to email.
