Hmmm, looked again and changed my mind...don't think it's the delay I need. Probably best to leave it alone and cluck sympathetically when he complains. ;-) Very helpful to know how to change the retry/freq, though. Thanks so much for your help!- phydeaux67

Gotcha. Thanks! I did stumble across a prompt under the RN class of service (default 01 of 15) for delay, but it wouldn't let me change it. Any way to modify that?- phydeaux67

Greetings from a novice! I've got a guy who would like to strangle the Mermail Lady. We explained how he could turn off remote notification and how it turns itself back on when you log in to your box, but that's not the entire issue for him.
