Dial up connection speed per ISPs
Can dial up connection speed vary from ISP to ISP? I now use Everyone's Internet (based in Houston, TX). I live in Tennessee. Everyone's Internet is not nearly as large as say NetZero. I now connect at a consistent 26.4 (or so says my ISP's connection icon). I once connected at 28.8 two days...- slclem
